What are the shipping costs?
Australia:
Standard delivery is $10.95 AUD (Sent via Australia Post allow 2-8 business days once item is dispatched)
Express delivery is $14.45 AUD (Sent via Australia Post allow 1-3 business days for delivery once dispatched)
Free delivery on orders over $100 AUD (see Standard delivery conditions)
Please allow extra days for delivery to rural areas.
We are now proud to offer Click & Collect for any of our customers in the Illawarra, NSW region if you'd like to collect your order. Click & Collect is free, and you'll receive a notification when it's ready to collect. Please don't select Click & Collect if you don't intend on picking up your parcel. If you decide you'd prefer to have your order delivered via post, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we can arrange payment.
Once you've placed your order you will receive a notification when it's ready to pick up. If it's urgent let us know, by email, and we can prioritise that for you.
Our opening hours are;
- Monday to Friday: 10am-3pm
- Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
Address is in Flinders NSW, and it will be provided to you when your item is ready to be collected.
There is plenty of parking freely available outside the front.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to ship goods within 2 -3 business days of receiving your order if the item is already made. However, for those items made to order allow a 1–2-week time frame for item to be made. Once completed the order will then be dispatched. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.
However, if we are having a store wide discount or a new season launch due to the large number of orders, we receive our processing times can be longer, and the expected time delay can be 5-7 business days. This normally happens once a month with new launches. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
